This notice applies to weproc.co.zw, the website of Weproc Pvt Ltd (“Weproc”, “we”, “us”), a Zimbabwean procurement and IT solutions company.
It covers information collected through this website. If you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share in that conversation and handle them in the same way.

Through the quote and contact forms on this website, we collect the information you choose to send us:

- So we can reply to you.

- If you’d like us to call you (contact page form).

- The service your enquiry relates to.

- Details of what you need, such as products or quantities.

- The page of our website you sent the form from.
Please don’t include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive personal information in your message. We don’t need them to respond to an enquiry.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and the pages requested, so the site can run securely.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- respond to your enquiry or question;
- prepare quotations and follow up on them with you;
- keep records of our correspondence and quotations for business purposes.
How it’s handled
When you submit a form, your details are sent by email to our enquiries inbox, enquiries@weproc.co.zw, where they are read by the Weproc team handling your enquiry.
The website itself doesn’t keep what you send in a database, and it carries no advertising or analytics trackers. Nothing you type into a form is passed to an ad network or a measurement service.
Cookies and third parties
The website itself doesn’t rely on cookies to work. A small number of third parties are involved in running it:
- Hosting and email delivery. Our website is hosted by a third-party provider that runs the form handler and keeps server logs so the site can operate, and the message it produces is delivered to our inbox through an email service.
- Links to other websites. Websites we link to have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

If you’d like to know what we hold from your enquiry, how long we keep it, or you’d like it corrected or removed, write to us and tell us what you’d like us to do.
Email enquiries@weproc.co.zw with the subject “Privacy request”, and include the name and email address you used on the form so we can find the right message. You can also reach us on the numbers listed on the contact page.
Sending information safely
This website is served over HTTPS, so the details you type into a form are encrypted while they travel to us. From there they are delivered to our enquiries inbox by email.
No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. That’s why our forms ask only for what we need to reply, and why we ask you not to send sensitive information through them.
